According to a survey by Reputation Leaders, consumers value good value, high-quality products, and employee treatment when considering a brand's reputation.

In the most recent survey, these factors were more important to respondents than being trusted, which was less important than in previous surveys.

This research, based on a nationally representative group of 922 adults in the US, highlights the importance of communicating values beyond profits in building a strong corporate reputation.
